Wollman Rink offers group reservations for 12 or more people.

Group Skating Reservations & Packages

Group rates are dependent upon group size and ages, as well as the day you choose to skate. Groups wanting to skate at Wollman Rink and take advantage of our reservation and discount opportunities may choose from one of the following two options:

• Make your group reservation with no deposit required: Reservations must be made at least three days prior to arrival. Wollman Rink group reservations are accepted anytime from October 21 – November 17. After November 17, reservations are available Monday through Friday (anytime), and Sundays (after 6:00pm). Restrictions and Black Out Dates Apply. Some dates and times fill up over a month in advance, so please book early. A group leader must make one total payment upon arrival, and then everyone in the group will enter together. This option is recommended for school groups.
• Purchase advance tickets from our sales office: When purchasing advance tickets, the same discounts apply as they would for a group with a reservation. The difference is that advance tickets may be used anytime Wollman Rink is open. Group leaders are responsible for handing out tickets prior to arrival at Wollman Rink. No one will be admitted without a ticket, and Wollman Rink does not hold tickets for individual pick up. Non-skaters in a group would pay the $5.00 spectator fee at one of our cashier windows. This option is recommended for corporate groups, large get-togethers, weekend groups, and holiday groups

Group Events

• Semi-Private Rentals: Enjoy your own private area during public skating sessions by booking our rink-side heated tent for your next function. From small group get-togethers and holiday celebrations to seminars and team building, this space is perfect for personal or corporate functions.
• Exclusive Rentals: Wollman Rink offers exclusive event rentals on Monday and Tuesday evenings during the ice skating season. Perfect for corporate outings, fundraisers, holiday parties and large social gatherings, the facility can accommodate up to 2,000 guests.

Birthday Parties

Wollman Rink is the perfect venue to celebrate your birthday — whether you’re young or young at heart! Please read below for information on our Children’s and Teen party packages. (Adult parties are also available).

• Children’s Birthday Party Package – Ages 4-12: Make your child’s next birthday party memorable and hassle-free. We offer a package that is second-to-none for excitement, value and fun! Various food and entertainment options are available. Package Includes: Priority admission and skate rental, Unlimited skating all day, One hour of private seating in the rink-side, heated tent (time may be extended for an additional fee), Up to 1.5 hours of storage for gifts, shoes, and cake before access to party tent, Choice of pizza, chicken tenders, hot dog, or grilled cheese sandwich, French Fries, Choice of Soda or Juice Box, Paper goods (tablecovers, plates, napkins, cups & utensils), Balloon decorations in tent, and Complimentary admission and skate rental for one accompanying adult per child guest. (Adults in the immediate family of birthday child all receive complimentary admission and skate rentals).
• Teen Birthday Party Package – Ages 13-19: The perfect venue to celebrate a sweet-sixteen or any teenage birthday, Wollman Rink offers a skating party package that consists of the following: Admission and skate rental, Unlimited skating all day/night, One-and-a-half-hours (1.5) exclusive use of rink-side, heated tent (time may be extended for an additional fee), Choice of menu items from hot/cold buffet (call or email for details), Paper goods (tablecovers, plates, napkins, cups & utensils), Balloon decorations in tent and Complimentary admission and skate rental for one parent/adult chaperone per ten party guests.
